When needed after hours Precision Garage Door was there with an excellent employee Chung Yu Li. He was very professional in assessing my situation with my garage door and was able to give me (4) options on repairing and servicing my damaged garage door. I would recommend the Co. highly for having all the proper equipment to service garage door problems on short notice.

Two Technicians came to our house Johnathon on Sunday 4-12 and Gavin on Monday 4-13. Johnathon installed a new spring and replaced coils and a large amount of hardware. The unit worked during testing before Johnathon left but stopped working within five minutes after he left. I contacted the office and an appointment was scheduled early Monday AM. Gavin adjusted the motor and opener is now working properly. Gavin explained that it is not uncommon for a second adjustment to be required after a new spring is installed. Both Techs were very polite and very knowledgeable concerning garage door maintenance and repair.

Our rating is four stars only because the salesperson Lee was professional and very personable. If it were not for this, it would have been a three star review. We will continue to shop around for more competitive prices.

The technician John Seamen arrived on time and was professional. I ended up purchasing a new garage door opener at a cost of over 1,400.00. I asked if I could get a cost breakdown, parts, labor, and service fee after seeing the estimate, and was told that was not how the system was programmed. It has only been a few days since I have had the new opener, and so far so good. I've dealt with the Glass Doctor in the past a Neighborly Company and was provided a cost breakdown. I believe that today's skyrocketing prices make transparency regarding costs important.

Collin Walsh was fantastic, helpful and caring in fixing my garage door opener with a new one. He took the time to set up the 2 remotes and did maintenance on the garage door. He is an asset to your company and should be rewarded for his fine service!

I was desperate for help. The wire spools were fixed. That was it. After the fact, I was told not to utilize the door opener, which I have not hooked up. Why would I? After opening the door after tech left, I can hardly open and close the door as instructed. Out almost $700 with very little improvement.
Hi Alan, we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. This doesn’t meet our standards, and we want to make things right. We reached out to the phone number we have on file in our system. Please contact our office at your earliest convenience so we can speak with you directly and work toward a resolution.

We could not be happier with our new openers and beautiful garage doors. The guys worked so hard to make the doors perfect. We could not believe how quiet and smooth the openers are. But the wood-grain doors match our front doors perfectly and look so warm and rich. The guys were so friendly and yet very professional. A perfect combination. Thank you!

Had an older malfunctioning opener. Identified the problem and installed a new Genie opener quickly and efficiently. Our tech was very good, personable and knowledgeable. Offered some options, didn't oversell and had the new opener working in under 2 hours. I would definitely use Precision again and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Very professional technician. Friendly and courteous. He knew what he was doing and got it all done. No mess. He took all packaging with him. Didn’t have to clean up anything. Explained the differences between different products. The thing I appreciated most was the communication. I was given a timeframe as to when he would arrive. He came on time.
