The service by Precision Garage Door and tech Jon S. was outstanding! Called for service around noon and job was complete by 4:00 which included a complete garage door opener replacement for a very old opener that gave out. Im loving the new opener already!! They replaced our garage and the service was great. Peter was our service technician, who was super friendly. He walked me through the warranty and basic maintenance of the new garage door. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a new garage door. Their prices were equally or less than every other company we got quotes from.

We had a spring break on our garage door and called Precision Garage Door. They were able to schedule a tech ro come within a couple of hours. Gavan arrived by given time frame, inspected what happened and was able to fix within an hour. Very professional and respectful of property. Thank you !!

Chung Yu Li did an excellent job replacing the broken spring and the bushings. Since I had the garage door installed by Precision Garage Door the parts were free. I only had to pay labor. Thanks again Chung.

Jon Seman was very prompt and gave a thorough explanation of the work that needed to be done! Giving 3 options to choose from with no pressure. He replaced my springs, bearings and wheels and it only took him an hour to get it all done. Then finished it off with lubricating everything and walking me through it everything he did! Very professional and would recommend!

The Genie remotes at service door were disabling the remotes in the car. Nobody knows why. So Andy Ginter hard wired the service door remotes to the Genie motor. Andy is the best. Not so much Genie.

Overall I am happy with the work that was done, but dont appreciate that the technician was trying to upsale me to spend a lot more money. All I needed was the springs replaced but he wanted me to have a new garage door installed too for an extra $700.

DON'T PAY CASH FOR YOUR DOWN PAYMENT! I GOT SCREWED OUT OF $100.00 WHEN PAYING $800.00. Installer and installation were great, no problems with him. The missing $100.00 is between the original estimator and office girl.
