My first guy was not impressive. Mr Seman told me after installing my genie opener that my spring wasn’t right size. Why didn’t he tell me that to begin with? The second nice young man was 100 percent amazing. I can’t remember his name but he explained everything showing me what needed done. Please tell Mr Seman to take time to explain EVERYTHING. My second tech was wonderful and left me in a better frame of mind. I was very upset until he reassured me . Please recognize him. I think his name was Peter

When needed after hours Precision Garage Door was there with an excellent employee Chung Yu Li. He was very professional in assessing my situation with my garage door and was able to give me (4) options on repairing and servicing my damaged garage door. I would recommend the Co. highly for having all the proper equipment to service garage door problems on short notice.

Two Technicians came to our house Johnathon on Sunday 4-12 and Gavin on Monday 4-13. Johnathon installed a new spring and replaced coils and a large amount of hardware. The unit worked during testing before Johnathon left but stopped working within five minutes after he left. I contacted the office and an appointment was scheduled early Monday AM. Gavin adjusted the motor and opener is now working properly. Gavin explained that it is not uncommon for a second adjustment to be required after a new spring is installed. Both Techs were very polite and very knowledgeable concerning garage door maintenance and repair.

The technician John Seamen arrived on time and was professional. I ended up purchasing a new garage door opener at a cost of over 1,400.00. I asked if I could get a cost breakdown, parts, labor, and service fee after seeing the estimate, and was told that was not how the system was programmed. It has only been a few days since I have had the new opener, and so far so good. I've dealt with the Glass Doctor in the past a Neighborly Company and was provided a cost breakdown. I believe that today's skyrocketing prices make transparency regarding costs important.

I was desperate for help. The wire spools were fixed. That was it. After the fact, I was told not to utilize the door opener, which I have not hooked up. Why would I? After opening the door after tech left, I can hardly open and close the door as instructed. Out almost $700 with very little improvement.

Had an older malfunctioning opener. Identified the problem and installed a new Genie opener quickly and efficiently. Our tech was very good, personable and knowledgeable.
