Blaine Goodrich was the technician who installed our garage door. He was very nice and was very effecient. He assisted us in programming our cars as well. We were very pleased with his service and friendliness. This is the first time we am have ever used Precision Garage and we are very happy to have made the change.

Came out within 1-hour and reattached a cable for me. Did a few adjustments and changed 3-wheels for me that were super worn out. Nothing is cheap anymore but at least the door works now.

We had a fantastic experience with Precision. The appointment was set easily after business hours and Andy arrived promptly the next morning to fix our broken cable. The appointment communication was outstanding and included a photo of the tech we could expect to see. Nice touch for security! We asked if he could also do some routine maintenance and inspection as well and he politely completed that service, too. We would definitely use Precision Garage Door again, it was a great experience from start to finish.

Great experience. Very friendly and down to earth. He estimated it would take about an hour to replace the broken spring and the main pulley wheels. Less than an hour he was done and reprogrammed the opener. Jon Seman performed the repair.

Andy was personable, friendly and competent. He replaced the bottom seal on the door, fixed a couple of issues and performed maintenance on the door. He also explained our options for replacing the 15+ year old opener and even older door. The previous service was 10 years ago.
