Peter Wendorf Was the tech for our job. We initially needed a track repair but after a thorough inspection of our rollers and our motor it was time for some needed replacement. Pete was polite, did his installation well, explained everything in detail when we asked our questions. Extremely nice young man. If all Precision Garage Door employees are like him the company will do do well. Loved the fact that they were available on a Sunday and we were comfortable with the pricing.

The service was great, the technician we had was awesome, obviously knowledgeable, efficient, and answered my questions. The installation was quick, they were done about 25 hours after I first called them, and did all the work in barely an hour. My only issue is that it seems really expensive!

I can't stress how happy we all are. We did a lot of research and always came back to Precision Garage. Customer service is great. I have to thank Tyler Williams for doing an Outstanding job. Wednesday, October 23, 2024, I received a call stating he was in route and will arrive by 8:30am. On time, Tyler asked if I had any questions or needed him to go through everything. I said No. Tyler began the work quick and efficiently. Once done, He went through all the important information clearly and precise; from Warranty, garage door, lubrication and down to remotes etc. Clean-up was awesome that we didn't realize are old double wide was gone. Everything new and fabulous. If I was able to take pictures of This door inside and out, I would. Just Fabulous! So glad we went with Precision Garage. Also, Like to thank Alex checking out my old door and giving me vital information that encourage me to move forward with Precision. Like to Thank Jose R for being very detail in helping with price, color, installation and types of doors in stock and how long the process would be. Thanks, Chris, for responding quickly to Jose and pushing the process of changes through, appointments etc. Getting so many compliments on the new door. If I could post pictures I would. Customer Service is top Notch.

I needed something checked out and I sent Jose a text and he came right down to fix it. He does excellent work and is a very nice guy. I am so glad my friend told me about the company because I can count on them to take care of it. I called Precision on Monday and they sent Jose the same day. He came back on Thursday to do everything! My technician was Jose Villalobos. I hired him to replace all of the parts of my garage doors that were worn. I also needed a new garage door opener. Jose was so professional and friendly. He did an excellent job and he took pride in his work. I couldnt have asked for a better technician to do the work needed. He is a wonderful person and he has a great personality. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs work done on their garage doors.

Woke on a Sunday morning to find my garage door spring broken. Searched online and found Precision had 24/7 service with mostly favaorable Google reviews. Phoned to set appointment at 10 AM and was scheduled for tech arrival between 12 and 2 PM. Received a call from Austin, the technician, advising he was running early and could arrive at 11:15. Austin performed his evaluation, and determined the door had been initially installed incorrectly related to the drum positioning, in addition to having undersized springs. This would explain why the springs had snapped at least once previously since installation in 2003. Austin provided me with options on the repair estimate (which only varied by a few hundred dollars). I opted for the most expensive, replacing any currently worn, and potential near term failure points...which also carried a 5 year warranty. Once completed, Austin gave a thorough explanation of the repair, along with preventative maintence lubrication instructions. The door has NEVER operated so smoothly. Exremely saitisfied all around.

Had just installed my own garage door opener I bought from Menards. I had messed the up the settings which Jon fixed on a matter of minutes. Amazing! Then he pointed out that the door was rubbing on the top because it was separating. So he gave me a price for a new garage door. What a great employee precision garage door has. Jon's a good guy.

Had Precision door company replace one cable that I purchased. Took 30 minutes which is ok. But they charged me $175 labor for the one item to be replaced. Never again will I trust them Will not recommend them. They use to be a good company. But now they have new owners who are like most companies calling it inflation when reality is its greed
