Jose was outstanding. He assessed the problem and gave us a detailed rundown of 2 separate fixes. We chose the fix and he completed all the work expeditiously and with care. Just had Precision Garage Door come out to fix my opener. Of course the parts for my older Genie opener wasnt available anymore so I had to get a new one. Gavan did a great job installing the new one in just a short time. I would highly recommend him and Precision for anyone needing their Garage Door worked on.

Update: Jacob delivered my door frames for the windows and it made everything right. Thank you! Jacob was kind, considerate, and very respondant. I appreciate his service and his good work. I ordered my garage door 3 months early, scheduled the door installation so that I was present for the installation after flying into specicially. I prepaid for the door. I can't get anyone on the phone. The windows are not what I ordered and now they're saying I have to wait. I specifically scheduled the event to take pictures right after the door was installed for a catalog. I am not happy with their services. I have another complaint.

At Precision, we specialize in comprehensive solutions that last years,not months. There are different fixes for different situations, but we never nickel and dime our customers. Still, unfortunately, we're not a good fit for everyone. Thank you for the opportunity to explain what kind of company we are so that people can make an informed decision.

My garage door had been giving me problems since I bought the house 8 years ago. It finally broke past the point of repair, and Precision Garage door was able to come out that day and help. The first technician (Chun I believe) was on time, professional and friendly. I purchased a new garage door that day, and within a week or so Blaine came out and had the new door up and working perfectly within a few hours. It's been around a month, and everything is still working just fine. I would 100% recommend!

Austin Jefferson was the technician that worked on my garage door. He was great! I'd lived with a garage door that was sporadically opening halfway for a good month and I had to open and close it manually on occasion. After my son and I grew tired of tinkering around with the controls, I called PRECISION, and Austin arrived even earlier than anticipated. He was very personable and did an excellent job. it was done quickly for a good price. They'll be my go-to garage folks!

Peter was great. They arrived on time, explained our options, and completed the work promptly. He also explained proper maintenance to help future functioning of our doors. Peter had a assistant with him that was in training. The assistant (can't remember his name) also did a great job and we appreciated the manner in which Peter interacted with him as he guided his training. High marks from us on all accounts.

My garage door broke on a Saturday. I called Precision immediately thinking I would ha e to schedule for sometime during the week. They were able to get me scheduled in on the very next day, on a Sunday at no extra charge for weekend. The technician who came out Jose Villalobos was very thorough and explained recommendations and what he was going to do. Jose Villalobos was very polite, professional and did quick quality work. When he was done he must have double checked his work at least 3 times before he left. Top notch workmanship, and customer service. I will be using them again in the future to do a complete new door down the road. Thank you.
