Precision Garage Door have an elite product and a well trained team. Our garage door spring broke during the -10 degree weather over the weekend. You do not realize how important the garage door is until it is out of action! Went online to Precisions website and was able to secure a repair time for Monday morning. Have to admit we were a little skeptical how easy it was to schedule an appointment and then take into account the sub-zero winter weather. Any doubt we had was removed as Precision's Jose Villalobos arrived as scheduled Monday morning with all the equipment to make a repair during the extreme cold and repair our garage door issue. Thanks Precision Garage Door and thanks you Jose!

ChungYu Li was exceptional! We have had trouble with our door during this cold freeze but have babied this door since we moved in over a year ago. He answered all of our questions on the old door and new door without hesitation! He is very personal and easy going. We ended up purchasing a new insulated steel backed door with a very good warranty. I highly recommend Precision Door!

My garage door won't shut. We thought it was the censor for the opener. Tried to replace them but, found that opener need to be replace instead. Opener was only 2 1/2 years old replaced with a new one. Fast service and repair. Explained everything to me before getting to work. My tech Andy was so helpful and fast to fixing the problem.

Peter did a fantastic job with our double garage door installation. He had to remove a very old set of doors and tracks, and the job took him well past a normal quitting time. He stuck with the job and completed the entire removal and installation before he left. Everyone that helped us, from Gavan on Day 1 with a diagnostic and estimate for new doors, to Peter for the main work, to Austin who came by to install emergency access locks, was prompt, friendly, communicative and efficient.
