Precision was able to come out the same day I called them. The technician, Jose, was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, thorough in explaining what he found, and what our options were. His work was exceptional, and it took him less time than we expected. He also took the time to check out our whole system, before leaving. I would certainly recommend using Precision Door to any of our friends. One last thing, Jose found that the wrong springs were used in our last venture with another company. Had a new garage door motor installed which includes a new track, 2 door openers, a new wall controller in the garage, two new sensors, and a key pad outside of the garage door. Austin was the technician doing the work. He is a very polite young man and does excellent work!!! He is also fantastic at explaining how everything functions in ensuring that you were satisfied with what has been completed and that you understand everything. Precision Garage Door is absolutely the best at everything they do from setting up the appointment, sending emails and text messages to remind you of the appointment, and on the day of the tech being on his way the tech calls to let you know he is on the way, what time he should arrive, and then a text message is sent from Precision with a photo of who the tech is so that you know it is that individual when they arrive and you can track from the link they send where his location is at so that you ensure you are at your residence when the technician arrives. They installed my garage door four years ago and these two times I have worked with them has been a delight. They truly are the company you should use for your garage door needs.

My technician was John S. When my springs broke and my car was trapped in the garage, John showed up quickly! Hes kind and he helped me figure out what I could afford by providing me with accurate estimates and discounted what he could. This helped so much. He had attention to detail and his experience and knowledge meant he finished the job lightening fast! I cannot say thank you enough! After he was finished I asked so many questions about the maintenance and care ongoing and he answered all my questions. He never flustered even when asked to repeat answers. Garage door cable broke. Needed an emergency visit Friday after 7pm. Gavan the tech was here within an hour. Took him about an hour to repair. Gavan did an excellent job and was very thorough with the repair. Also confirmed door operates as expected and made an adjustment on the opener. I would recommend Precision Door and Gavan. Im a satisfied customer.

Rep replaced bad drive. Cost 1100.00 dollars which is a lot of money. I asked for the service guy to program my car opener and he said he would charge more to program it. Seems to me that the service guy would program my car for free after charging me 1100.00 dollars.
