Precision Garage Door installed a new door 10 years ago. Recently, I began having problems with the door not closing.it was clear it was catching on something, but after lubricating the roller channel the problem remained. Called on a Saturday expecting an appointment next week sometime. Nope! I had a fabulous, knowledgeable technician out within 2 hours of my call. Chung Yu Li quickly determined what was causing the problem, explained several different resolutions, and had my door working smoothly again within 2 hours of his arrival. Everyone has always been polite, professional, and communicates well. Definitely 5 stars!

Andy was professional, on time and courteous enough to help this handicapped owner prepare the door frame for the new track installation. I only wish I had done the job yesterday, before the door got hung up and crooked. It would have saved us another $250. So we could pay for medications, etc. Great service and quick response. 5 stars!

My technician (Pete Wendorf) was excellent. He was very thorough in showing me all that was wrong with my garage door. He then provided different options on how to fix the problem. He didn't try to push the best option, but did explain the differences in each option.

Chung was the repairman that came from Precision Garage Door of Michiana. He was able to get me in the same day I inquired about repairs. He performed an initial inspection and father some information from me regarding the age of the door/house. He made several recommendations for repair of the door and gave me written estimates. Once I made the decision on what I wanted him to repair, he had the door repaired and back in like new condition with in a couple of hours. His expertise and warm friendly demeanor lead to a very positive experience.

The repair man Mr. Ginter called that he was coming, he arrived when he said he would. He was friendly and immediately got to work to analyze the problem. He finished analyzing the problem in about 15 minutes and gave us three estimates. he explained what each estimate would do and let us tallk it over and choose the best solution for our pocket book. BTW the repair estimates were given as a total one time expense or a monthly expense for a set period of time. We choose the estimate we felt would work for our situation he got the supplies out of his truck and proceeded to repair the door. It took mr Ginter about 30 minutes. He demonstrated how the door would now work we paid him. The repair was fast and it was done accurately. I would be happy have Mr Ginter of Precision Garage door fix my garage door any time. .
