Precision Garage Door installed a new door 10 years ago. Recently, I began having problems with the door not closing.it was clear it was catching on something, but after lubricating the roller channel the problem remained. Called on a Saturday expecting an appointment next week sometime. Nope! I had a fabulous, knowledgeable technician out within 2 hours of my call. Chung Yu Li quickly determined what was causing the problem, explained several different resolutions, and had my door working smoothly again within 2 hours of his arrival. Everyone has always been polite, professional, and communicates well. Definitely 5 stars!

Andy was professional, on time and courteous enough to help this handicapped owner prepare the door frame for the new track installation. I only wish I had done the job yesterday, before the door got hung up and crooked. It would have saved us another $250. So we could pay for medications, etc. Great service and quick response. 5 stars!

My technician (Pete Wendorf) was excellent. He was very thorough in showing me all that was wrong with my garage door. He then provided different options on how to fix the problem. He didn't try to push the best option, but did explain the differences in each option.

Chung was the repairman that came from Precision Garage Door of Michiana. He was able to get me in the same day I inquired about repairs. He performed an initial inspection and father some information from me regarding the age of the door/house. He made several recommendations for repair of the door and gave me written estimates. Once I made the decision on what I wanted him to repair, he had the door repaired and back in like new condition with in a couple of hours. His expertise and warm friendly demeanor lead to a very positive experience.

The repair man Mr. Ginter called that he was coming, he arrived when he said he would. He was friendly and immediately got to work to analyze the problem. He finished analyzing the problem in about 15 minutes and gave us three estimates. he explained what each estimate would do and let us tallk it over and choose the best solution for our pocket book. BTW the repair estimates were given as a total one time expense or a monthly expense for a set period of time. We choose the estimate we felt would work for our situation he got the supplies out of his truck and proceeded to repair the door. It took mr Ginter about 30 minutes. He demonstrated how the door would now work we paid him. The repair was fast and it was done accurately. I would be happy have Mr Ginter of Precision Garage door fix my garage door any time. .

Contacted Precision Garage Door of Michiana in the mid morning and did the online chat with Betty explained the problems with my garage door. Sent Andrew out same day at my time I specified. Andrew contacted me when he would arrive and did a complete inspection of the garage door and gave me an estimate for the repairs. I agreed to the price and I told him he could schedule me for a more convenient time for him to come repair the garage door to be repaired. Andrew said I have the parts available now and can complete the repairs now. I did not expect him to stay to get it done after 6 pm. There was no extra charge for him to complete the job after 6 pm. After completing the repairs the door works great and operates smoothly. A professional repair by Andrew and a great job by Betty for customer service. I would highly recommend contacting Precision Garage Door of Michiana for your garage door needs.

Our technician, Austin Jefferson, was fantastic! What originally started out in replacing a remote control turned into installing a new garage door opener. Austin realized I was not pleased with that but he explained the issues that were present and what my options were. His installation was excellent and his explainations afterward were complete. openers

I had heard a loud bang but couldn't find the problem... They came out and showed me the broken spring. I made an appointment to just get everything replaced, except my motor (the rest was janky, previously installed by a lovely home flipper). Blaine came out had everything swapped out, made sure everything was functioning properly, left no mess, and was super polite. I had a fantastic experience! It even sounds cleaner /quieter, even though we didn't change the motor, now that everything is properly installed & aligned!

I was in the garage after returning home and was surprised by a sound like someone just hit our garage door. Passed experience told me it was a spring that just broke. Yep, sure enough, one broke. I called Precision Door the next morning and was told a tech would be out. I was sent a text and an email stating who would be coming. Within 40 minutes Andy Johnson arrived. Oh, and Andy called too. He was right on time. After evaluation he gave me 3 options with exact cost before starting. The door is at least 30 years old and so i chose the best option. Andy went to work and replaced both springs, shaft bearings, and all the rollers. I was shown the operation and how smooth it. Thank you Andy Johnson for a great job.
