I had a wonderful experience with Precision Garage Door of Michiana this afternoon. Andy Johnson was at the house two hours after my call to the company. I received an error message on the door app. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem. Since it has been almost a year since the install, he recommended having the yearly maintenance taken care of while he was here. I gladly accepted his recommendation. I would wholeheartedly recommend Precision Garage Door of Michiana to anyone looking to have their garage door looked at. Thank you.

Great service, the best technicians - you can count on them to solve your garage door issues! Called at 2:05pm, service tech out at 4:30pm, work done by 5:00pm. Plus they take the time to explain the issue and resolution. "Precise"-ly what we needed. Thanks!!!!

We had a lightning strike that took out our Garage Door opener and my first call was to Precision. Colin was our technician and he was GREAT!!! Gave me three options for repair after the garage door and opener inspection. It works better than it ever has!! I highly recommend Precision! -DG From 2 Years Ago: Great experience! Fast, knowledgeable, friendly service. Lots of options, reasonable pricing and top notch professionalism! Cameron was super to work with. He took the time to explain everything.

Technician called and sent photo of himself announced he was on the way and would be early. Showed up presented himself asked what problem was immediately fixed issue and lubricated entire door rollers and hinges cleaned up after himself and asked if there was anything else and we shook hands and he was on his way. Very courteous and professional glad we choose this company.

About two years ago we had the spring, the cables and rollers changed on our garage door.. Cost approximately $900. Was told that there was a lifetime warranty. Weve had to have them come out to fix the cables about four times. The cable has come off multiple times since this was done. Charges every time for a service call, and today charged an extra $10 for a fuel charge. I was told on the phone when I made the appointment that if work was done (which it was) that I would not be charged a service fee. I will not be using this company again as they keep trying to sell me a new garage door opener for a mere $950. I dont like it when companies wont stand by their work and charge a service fee when I was told on the phone two days ago that I would not be charged one if work was completed. I do not recommend this company! Had another company out to look at our garage door opener just after this review was first posted. He made a quick adjustment to the opener. It's been two years and we've not had another problem with the door opener. I stand by my review.

Regarding our warranty, whenever our warrantied parts are not performing as promised, we will replace them at no cost to you. In your case, the recent failure in your garage door system was not caused by faulty parts we installed, but a failing operator which is several years out of warranty. We appreciate your business, and hope that you give us another try in the future.

Our garage door spring broke on a Saturday afternoon so I called Precision Garage Door and they repaired the door and replaced the broken spring the same day. After speaking with their technician we ordered a new garage door.

The tech that came--on a Sunday!--was prompt, courteous and professional. He gave me a quote for the replacement door, as the old door couldn't be fixed, on the spot. Outstanding service!

Andrew called ahead of his arrival and arrived right on time. He was very friendly and professional while he was here. He did a superb job on both doors. He did a little more maintenance that was not scheduled and he finished the total job within the allotted time frame. I would recommend Precison Door for any, and all garage door repairs and maintenance.

Our garage door and opener went haywire last night around 5:30. My wife called Precision around 5:40 and was told that a tech would be there between 7-9 p.m. Our tech, Blaque Kuchel called to say he was getting a job done early and would be able to get to our house sooner. He arrived a little after 6 p.m. and was able to get right on it. He fixed both the garage and replaced the opener within 2 hours. He was very professional, friendly and had great attention to detail. If your company hires more technicians like Blaque, you will benefit greatly. Thanks Blaque! Had the torsion spring break this morning (Sept. 2nd, 2024). Our tech Andy Ginter showed up and replaced the spring and bar and other things needed and was done in short order. Always professionally done which is why we stay with Precision Garage Door.

Very professional, knowledgeable, fair, and friendly. They were able to come out the day after our garage door broke, did a full inspection of everything, gave us a few quotes and estimates while explaining very well the reasoning for each thing and what happened, and fixed our garage door system within an hour or so. Highly recommend to anyone who needs their garage door system fixed fast and well!
